Joseph M Schultz
Joe’s experience in residential investment real estate began in 1988 as he spent his college summers on the maintenance crew of his family’s real estate business. It was here that he learned the “nuts and bolts” of property management, understanding how to properly maintain duplexes and multifamily apartments. Upon graduating from college in 1992, Joe purchased his first investment property on the east side of Milwaukee, officially entering him into the property management business.
Since 1992, Joe has owned and managed hundreds of residential units in the City of Milwaukee and other locations in southeastern Wisconsin. His passion is finding efficiencies where others have been unable—constantly looking for ways to improve the resident experience while controlling costs. With extensive professional background in both finance and technology, he has been able to develop systems that have saved hundreds of man-hours of work per year, saving time and money.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and keeps very busy with all the activities of his three children. In addition, he remains active by playing basketball and jogging.
Joe earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee with a double major in Finance and Marketing along with a minor in Economics.
