Do you accept pets?

Some of our properties accept pets while others do not.  Each property will display whether or not they do.

Do you accept rent assistance?

Yes, we do.

How can I pay my rent or condo dues?

You must pay your rent or condo dues with one of our electronic payment methods as we no longer accept checks or money orders. The easiest way to pay is by using a checking or savings account with one of our online portals, which can can be found at https://allsetproperties.com/resident-portals/.  If you do not have a checking or savings account, you can use our EZ-Pay system, which allows you to pay at any Walmart, CFSC, or other check cashing locations.  Email the office at office@allsetproperties.com to get your EZ-Pay account number.

How can I see an apartment?

You can schedule a showing at our Apply page. From there, read the qualifications for renting with us. If you meet the requirements, click the Schedule Showing button on that page to choose the property you would like to see.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

What is the difference between AllSet Property Management and AllSet Investments?

AllSet Property Management manages rental properties.  Our clients are the property owners and condominium associations of those properties and we serve all the residents (both tenants and condominium owners).  AllSet Investments is a real estate investment company that helps investors find and purchase property for their own portfolio.
